SHED THOSE POUNDS!
 
I ate an omelet only whites,
The yolks were barely present.
 It had some mushrooms, low fat cheese,
it tasted rather pleasant.

And on the side I had a slice of
Thin cut whole wheat bread.
With just a bit of all fruit jam,
A very tasty wholesome spread.

The chocolates and the cookies are
no longer on my dish...
I learned to eat the low points meals,
and find them quite delish...
I now hear words like vegetables,
I like the way it sounds.
I leaned that eating low fat foods will
help shed extra pounds.
