TRIMMING CHOICES

The food groups are important, yes, but who's the one that said,
That white, not whole wheat surely is the better tasting bread.


I don't agree 'cause white is not the one I want the most.

I do like eating all fruit jelly, spread on whole grain toast.


And when it comes to protein, gee, now who's the one that said?

That eating fatty beef is much preferred to eating veal instead.


In fact, you'll find some better choices in this  protein group.
Like turkey patties, tofu, or a bowl of lentil soup.



And when it comes of fruit and veggies, all of them are great.

It really matters much, you see, what's put upon your plate.


So pick your foods most carefully, I'm sure that you will see...
The benefits of eating right, much thinner you will be.
